Are you interested in joining the Root and Rummage Sale as a vendor?  Our combination flea market/craft sale is a great opportunity for vendors of any type. Whether you're selling handmade crafts, finding new homes for household treasures or highlighting direct sales, we have a space for you.

Vendor Application

The Booths

Inside spaces are 10'X10' and outside spaces are 10'X20'.

The Cost

An inside space costs $30/space and an outside space costs $20/space.  

The Expectation

The official times of the Root and Rummage are from 9am to 3pm on Saturday, October 1, 2022.  Vendors may come as early as 8am.  We ask that all vendors arrive by 8:30am at the latest.  Please plan to be at the event until 3:00pm. 

The Fine Print

The Root and Rummage is a fundraiser for Rooted Care Ministries, a 501(c)3 Nonprofit.  Vendors are welcome to contribute a portion of sales if they desire, but this is not expected.  Rooted will be selling concessions (all prepackaged foods and drinks) at the event.  We have a food truck who is committed at this time to come from 11am-2pm. 

Please complete the form below to apply for a booth space.  Please be aware that there are limited spaces.  You will be sent an invoice to complete within one week of the receipt of your application.  Once you have paid, your space will be reserved.  If you register and are unable to attend, your fee will be considered a donation to Rooted Care Ministries. 

We will only be accepting one direct sales vendor per product.  Examples of a direct sales vendor would be Pampered Chef or Tupperware.
